Boho babe

Boho weddings are very much still in for 2016 and work perfectly during the warmer months of the year. One thing we love about boho weddings is that they tend to be more laid back than the classic affair, giving you the option to play around with your big-day food.

Instead of the traditional sit-down affair, why not opt for a pretty afternoon tea, styled to boho country garden perfection? Laid-back, yet utterly delicious, your spring tea will allow guests to natter, mingle, and enjoy the sociable wedding atmosphere while admiring your flower-infused afternoon tea display. Floral ice cubes will add that finishing touch to your cocktails, while an eclectic mix of crockery will complete the cool, boho look.

Green goddess

The vibrant shade of flash green is set to be huge in 2016. Named as one of the Pantone colours of the year, the colour is perfect for an outdoors affair and best combined with crisp white and deep blue. Think classic white blooms, an abundance of greenery, and lots of modern and stylish touches.

Our afternoon teas will provide the perfect complement to your modern and chic day – adding that all-important classy touch. You could also opt for crisp white linens and white crockery to complement the theme and colours of the day.

Watercolour wonder

We saw the watercolour trend work its way into a few weddings in 2015, but in 2016 the watercolour/ombré trend is really going to come into its own. Think watercolour table linens, chic, handmade stationery, a blush, ombré dress, and a stylish hand-painted watercolour wedding cake.

What better way to top off the dreamy wedding theme than with a dainty afternoon tea? You could even choose crockery to complement your chosen wedding colours, or theme your cupcakes and sweet treats to your pretty colour palette.

Whatever theme you choose we can help you to create the perfect wedding day. With a wide range of china, cutlery, and linen, plus an extensive wedding supplier contact book, we will ensure your wedding breakfast is about much more than just good food.
